I watched one advertisement for phone in 1/10/2009. It was quite funny because the phone was introduced as never be broken and even though drop into water or from 10th floor, it’s going to be okay. Also if it’s broken, company will give you a new one. when reporter tried everything what the company introduced, first dropping into water was fine and it worked. However, after that reporter hit the corner of cistern using phone, it was broken. The funny thing was that the news was Live. I think all companies have to be careful about how they introduce their products in advertisement. I can see them sometimes that ad is too exaggeration. when customers watch or read the ad, they would be eager to buy the stuffs but after purchasing them, if it is different what they watch or read, they will be unhappy.
