“Kill Heeles” Will Kill YOU!!

Have you heard about “kill hill” before? It represents that high heeles shoes which is more than 10 cm. It makes women beautiful and looks long legs. Almost women have it and wear it whenever they want to. However, there is one thing that it harms women’s health and body.

First, if women wear that, foot’s joint will be always twisted and it harms that foot’s achilles. Because of these, muscle is going to be shorter and it tire the fleshy inside of the thigh and makes women get tired easily.

Second, women body weight will tend to one side of each big toe. If it keeps like that, there will be hardened skin on their feet.

This is called hallux valgus. To avoid these problems, women should wear high heeles less than 6 hours and if it’s available, it is good to wear 4 or 5 time a week. Otherwise, they have to wear it alternately with shoes which has less than 4 cm heeles.

Also, it is better to but shoes at night because feet become more flat at night. Moreover, they need to stretch their feet and legs to avoid getting tired easily. I also agree that they should wear it no more than 4 or 5 times and 6hours a day. I could see my friends and also my mother’ feet. Their feet changed and a little bit twisted. So this day women have to aware of this problem and change their a habit.
